Please note this is a 12-month maternity cover position.
As a Menu Change Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of menu changes across the business, ensuring processes are followed effectively and stakeholders remain aligned throughout the change journey.
As a Menu Change Coordinator, you will…
- Support the Marketing and Menu Process teams in executing menu changes in line with established governance processes.
- Ensure compliance with governance protocols, providing guidance and support to stakeholders where required.
- Encourage ownership and accountability across all stages of the menu change process.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving initiatives that enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting throughout the menu change lifecycle.
- Act as the key point of coordination between Marketing and Menu Process teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Support the resolution and escalation of issues where required to keep projects on track.
