We are looking for a Business Analyst / Tester with strong knowledge of the Danish Life & Pension domain to join our Obex Advisory Platform team.
Keylane Obex is a SaaS-based advisory platform supporting wealth, budget, pension, and retirement planning for customers in Denmark. In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, testing, and development, helping transform complex pension requirements into high-quality solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining business analysis and testing and wants to apply their pension expertise in a collaborative product development environment. You will work closely with developers, Product Owners, and fellow Business Analysts to improve and develop solutions that create value for our customers.
Key about the role
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, Business Analysts, and customers on bug analysis and new feature development
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into structured solutions and test activities
- Perform investigations to identify root causes and support continuous improvements
- Contribute to solution design discussions and challenge assumptions to ensure the best outcome
- Transform customer requirements into actionable development and test tasks
- Validate new functionality and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Support testing activities across the development lifecycle
- Work in an agile setup and contribute to continuous improvements of processes and ways of working
Key about your team
You will join the Obex team, a highly skilled and close-knit group focused on delivering innovative advisory solutions for the Life & Pension industry.
The team combines deep domain knowledge with strong technical expertise and works closely together to continuously improve the platform and create value for customers. Despite being a relatively small team, we have ambitious goals and a strong focus on collaboration, quality, and innovation.
The team consists of 30 colleagues across product development and customer projects. All based in Copenhagen.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues and subject matter experts and become part of an environment where ideas are welcomed, knowledge is shared openly, and everyone contributes to shaping the future of the product.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the Danish Life & Pension domain is essential
- You have approximately 2-5 years of experience working with pension products, pension administration, advisory services, or business analysis
- Experience from a pension company, consultancy, bank, or a similar financial institution is an advantage
- You enjoy working at the intersection of business and IT and are comfortable translating business requirements into structured solutions
- You enjoy collaborating closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to find the right solutions
- Completion of relevant courses from Forsikringsakademiet is considered a strong plus
- You communicate confidently in English
