Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director - Finance & Procurement to lead and oversee finance and procurement functions across the organization. This leadership role is critical in ensuring effective financial management, procurement operations, and the implementation of best practices to support Qiddiya's ambitious projects and initiatives.
The Director will be responsible for developing financial and procurement strategies, managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and driving compliance with organizational policies and regulations. The role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in both finance and procurement, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver value and achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance and procurement departments, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational requirements.
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies to optimize costs, quality, and supplier performance.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate governance, and regulatory standards in finance and procurement activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and financial partners.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for finance and procurement teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of combined experience in finance and procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing finance and procurement strategies within large-scale projects or organizations.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, procurement best practices, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
- Proficiency with financial and procurement software and tools.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
