Reporting and Accounting Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a Reporting and Controlling Specialist who can take the responsability of data consolidation, financial performance analysis and budget management to ensure corporate profitability.

The Reporting and Controlling Specialist will be located in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) location but will be responsible for Reporting and Controlling for our Turin location.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Reporting: Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local accounting standards or IFRS.

· Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department heads to draft financial budgets and forecast cash flow or operational expenses.

· Variance Analysis: Identify discrepancies by comparing actual financial performance against forecasted targets or historical benchmarks.

· Data Automation: Streamline, simplify, and improve financial reporting processes using ERP systems and business intelligence tools.

· Audit Support: Assist external auditors by providing documentation, substantiating figures, and ensuring strong internal controls.

Qualifications

Required Skills

· Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

- Experience: minimum 3 years experience in the same position

· Technical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with SAP system and familiarity with consolidation or data visualization software.

· Analytical: Strong capability in interpreting raw data, executing financial modeling, and identifying actionable business trends.

· Communication: Ability to clearly present complex financial results and strategic advice to management and board members (English knowledge required)

Additional Information

We offer an undetermined contract, with salary range 40.000 € - 50.000 €
