Job Description

We are currently seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to join our vibrant team.  At Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you bring passion, precision, and a strong desire to learn, supporting the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

• Supports the Chef de Partie in the smooth operation of the kitchen section, ensuring all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
• Assists in delivering an outstanding guest dining experience across all hotel food outlets.
• Works as part of a kitchen team to ensure guest satisfaction, responding efficiently to service needs and requests.
• Takes responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.
• Contributes to achieving departmental goals and maintaining consistent quality standards.
• Supports cost control and inventory management within the section, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
• Maintains strong working relationships with team members, promoting a positive and professional kitchen environment.
• Ensures full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times.
• Follows hotel policies and procedures, ensuring all operational and audit requirements are met and properly documented.
• Continuously develops culinary skills and knowledge under the guidance of senior chefs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
