As the onsite IT Generalist you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of technology and support the team as they grow.
Whether it’s setting up new devices, troubleshooting issues, or automating processes, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support across office and site locations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Deliver remote and onsite support to end users, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including user setup, access provisioning, and deactivation.
- Support and guide employees in the use and adoption of AI tools and digital technologies.
- Build and maintain workflows using platforms such as SharePoint and Power Automate.
- Assist with user account management and provide basic support for ERP/CRM systems.
About you:
- Experience in an IT support or technical role with solid hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Strong technical aptitude across end-user computing, hardware, software, and basic networking.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities under pressure.
- Adaptable and proactive, with a positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to step into new tasks as needed.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a focus on supporting others and contributing to shared outcomes.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment.
