Egypt Education Platform is excited to announce the opening for a Learning Support Assistant (Co-Teacher) at GEMS British International School AlRehab This role is perfect for a passionate educator looking to contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment, assisting in the education of students with diverse needs alongside a lead teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher during lessons and learning activities
• Assist in planning, preparing, and organizing classroom resources
• Support students individually or in small groups as directed
• Help maintain positive behavior and classroom management
• Supervise students during class time, breaks, and school activities when required
• Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Education or a related field is preferred)
• Fluency in the English language
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Patient, supportive, and enthusiastic about working with children
