Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Position Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of customer projects from order release through final delivery. This position works closely with operations, engineering, supply chain, quality, and logistics teams to ensure project requirements, schedules, and customer expectations are met.

### Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders throughout the fulfillment process, from initial release through shipment and completion.
Review order specifications, configurations, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy before processing.
Track project milestones, including material availability, production schedules, testing requirements, and shipping dates.
Maintain accurate information within ERP systems and internal tracking databases.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, quality, and logistics teams to support on-time order completion.
Provide status updates and schedule information to customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts, delays, or risks and communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
Assist with shipping coordination, transportation arrangements, and required documentation.
Generate reports, project summaries, and order tracking updates.
Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on workflow efficiency, scheduling accuracy, and order visibility.
### Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
One to three years of experience in project coordination, customer order management, operations support, inside sales, or customer service within a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using ERP software and project-tracking systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
### Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting industrial, electrical, electromechanical, or manufacturing operations.
Familiarity with Configure-to-Order (CTO), Make-to-Order (MTO), or similar production models.
Knowledge of industrial equipment, power systems, or related products.
Experience coordinating logistics, transportation, or shipping activities.
CAPM certification or interest in pursuing project management credentials.
