We're growing rapidly and are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to take ownership of our existing customer base. Reporting to our CCO, you'll sit at the heart of our go-to-market strategy — protecting and growing revenue by securing renewals and unlocking upsell opportunities across a portfolio of established accounts.
Your mission: Turn strong customer relationships into commercial results. You'll work closely with customers to understand their evolving needs, demonstrate the ongoing value of the CAS platform, and identify the right moments to expand the partnership — through timely renewals and well-positioned upsells and cross-sells.

🔥What You'll Own
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts with full accountability for renewal rates and revenue expansion.
- Drive timely contract renewals by building strong relationships, demonstrating ongoing value, and negotiating confidently.
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities — spotting the right moment to introduce new features, modules, or services.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts — from day-to-day users to executive sponsors.
- Lead regular business reviews that communicate value, assess account health, and surface growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product to ensure customers achieve their goals and remain engaged.
- Monitor account signals proactively — addressing risk early and escalating where needed to protect retention.
- Feed structured customer insights back to internal teams to continuously sharpen our offering and value proposition.
⭐What Makes You a Great Fit
- Degree in Business, Economics, or equivalent through experience.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related commercial role — preferably in SaaS or B2B technology.
- Proven track record of hitting renewal and expansion targets.
- A natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and maintains it over time.
- Commercially sharp — you know how to position value, handle objections, and close.
- Skilled at identifying decision-makers, mapping stakeholders, and navigating complex accounts.
- Organised and proactive, able to manage a large portfolio without losing sight of the details.
- Fluency in English and Dutch required; French, German, or other languages are a plus.
- Experience managing renewals or expansion revenue in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to account management.
- Based in Belgium.
