Product Campaign Manager

The Role

We are looking for a talented Product Campaign Manager for the Betsson Georgia brand who will drive customer retention and reactivation and ensure continuous growth of the company’s revenue. Key Responsibilities:

• Full process management of product news/promotions/campaign creation and launch;
• Measuring the effectiveness of completed campaigns;
• Planning and managing marketing research;
• Ensuring smooth work processes;
• Implementing innovations and continuous focus on development;
• Performing other tasks related to the direct supervisor's activities, as assigned;
• Initiating and executing continuous process optimization;
• Conceptualizing new unique campaigns and ensuring their launch.

Requirements:

• Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred);
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the gambling industry;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordinator or similar role;
• Comprehensive knowledge of the company's products;
• Knowledge of marketing fundamentals;
• Knowledge of project management fundamentals;
• Theoretical or practical knowledge of customer types and segments;
• Mentoring and knowledge-sharing competency;
• Proficiency in Georgian and English languages.
