Restaurant Manager - Fixed Term Opportunity

Job Description

We are looking for a ‘guest obsessed’ natural leader who thinks outside the box and strives for success to lead our Garcon Bleu service team. This is a fixed term opportunity, from July 2026 to September 2026, with potential opportunity to extend.

In this role you will:

• Build and develop a high-performing team by leading and mentoring with a collaborative, motivational, and empowering approach.
• Strive to create luxury moments with our guests and team members, making everyone feel welcome and feel valued
• Grow the restaurant with innovative sales strategies and execution, to enhance the guest experience, build loyalty and bring in revenue
• Ensure service standards are followed for a friendly, genuine, and engaging experience
• Ensure standard operating procedures are updated and followed
• Prepare forecast reports and roster staff
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager with purchasing, stock control, and management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar management role, within high-end dining operations
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent written and verbal communication
• Valid South Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• A true love and passion for food, beverage and creating genuine memorable guest experiences
• You are flexible to work early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays when needed.
