We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Lebanon. In this critical role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent through strategic headhunting and comprehensive HR operations. Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to drive talent acquisition excellence by executing strategic headhunting initiatives and managing end-to-end recruitment processes in Lebanon. The specialist will ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent while maintaining efficient hiring timelines, exceptional candidate experiences, and a robust talent pipeline.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Deliver 5+ qualified hires per month via headhunting
- Reduce average time-to-fill to under 30 days
- Maintain 90%+ candidate satisfaction score
- Build and manage a pipeline of 100+ pre-screened candidates
- Achieve 95% retention rate within first 90 days
- Headhunting & sourcing

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates
