You'll manage your pipeline end to end, build relationships with candidates, and move them through to close. You earn $5,000 for every successful placement with no cap. Place more, earn more. Requirements
- Track record of placing technical or startup talent (or willing to learn)
- Self-directed and motivated by uncapped commission rather than a salary safety net
- Ability to move quickly and close
- Comfortable managing a full pipeline independently
