We are seeking Associate Scientists, with a passion for innovation to join R&D team in Hangzhou City (China) to augment our novel biomarker detection and quantitation capability. You will be working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and will be a part of a rapidly growing company to make a big impact on life science research and early disease diagnosis.

Primary Responsibilities include:

Support procurement activities by working closely with vendors and the internal team.
Design, optimize and execute experiments for new biomarker detection.
Maintain reagent libraries; maintain accurate records of work performed, including reagents, methodology, and results. Utilize records and calculate, graph, and compile data.
Examine the impacts of multiple variables on assay performance and perform troubleshooting as needed.
Proactively identify opportunities for product and process improvement.
Management and regular maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.

Requirements include:

B.S. degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or a related discipline.
2+ years hands on experience running and developing immunoassays, such as ELISA, as well as experience generating, analyzing, and reviewing assay data.
Attention to detail, responsibility, conscientiousness, and accountability.
Data management skills are highly beneficial.
Strong communication skills to work within internal team and vendors.
Self-motivation with a positive “can do” attitude, attention to detail and ability to manage complex projects.
