LinkedIn Sales Solutions helps sales and marketing professionals connect with the right buyers, build stronger relationships, and drive business growth. 

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for France, one of LinkedIn Sales Solutions' key markets in EMEA. This role owns the France field marketing strategy and partners closely with Sales leadership to drive customer growth, engagement, and retention through integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable business impact. 

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record of delivering integrated marketing programs that drive business results. 

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Insights, and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes and support regional growth objectives. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Own and execute the end-to-end field marketing strategy for France, aligned to regional business and revenue goals. 

  • Partner with Sales leadership to drive customer growth, engagement, retention opportunities. 

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs across events, webinars, digital, email, social, and content channels. 

  • Lead the planning and delivery of customer and prospect events, ensuring strong business impact and customer experience. 

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing teams to localise and execute go-to-market initiatives for the French market. 

  • Measure and optimise program performance, reporting on pipeline, ROI, and key business outcomes. 

  • Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external vendors. 

  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships and serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success stakeholders. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years of B2B marketing experience within the technology, SaaS, internet, or related sectors. 

  • Native or fluent French speaker 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, customer marketing, and demand generation within the French market. 

  • Proven experience developing integrated marketing programs that drive pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within a matrixed organisation. 

  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing platforms. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience measuring and optimising campaign performance. 

  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external vendors. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. 

  • AI-first mindset with curiosity for leveraging AI to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
