This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Miami, FL. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure adherence to project timelines, oversee construction safety, and coordinate tasks among contractors and subcontractors. Responsibilities include managing trades, maintaining organization on-site, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring that the project meets quality standards.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety

Strong Organization Skills to maintain a structured and efficient work site

Proficiency in reading construction documents, including scheduling and overseeing contractors

Strong communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration and resolve on-site issues

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Miami, FL
