  • CRM, Sales & Pipeline Ownership – You will manage and maintain leads, opportunities, and customer data in Salesforce, keep a close eye on the sales pipeline, and prepare reports and insights for management and service lines across the DACH region. In doing so, you will collaborate closely with Managing Directors on sales initiatives and business development activities.
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition – You will independently conduct market and company research, identify potential clients and key stakeholders, and build strong contact networks. You will take ownership of the initial outreach to target clients and coordinate meetings for senior management—primarily focused on Austria, with a broader DACH scope. You will also be responsible for preparing and following up on client meetings
  • Event & Marketing Management (DACH region) – You will plan, organize, and execute client and C-level events across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—from managing guest lists and invitations to preparing materials and coordinating with external vendors and marketing partners. You will also support the creation of marketing and communication assets.
  • Executive Assistance & Office Management – You will support the management team in Austria with day-to-day operations, including the preparation of presentations, analyses, and management materials. Additionally, you will ensure smooth office operations, coordinate external service providers, and act as the central point of contact for IT, procurement, and administrative matters.
  • Onboarding & Employee Support – You will coordinate and support the onboarding of new hires, guide them through company processes and internal workflows, and provide ongoing support throughout their ramp-up phase.

Requirements

  • Advanced stage of studies – You are close to completing your degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a comparable field.
  • Structured and analytical mindset – You maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple topics in parallel (CRM data, reporting, events, daily operations) and are able to independently familiarize yourself with new tools and processes.
  • Customer orientation & strong communication skills – You enjoy direct client interaction, feel confident in reaching out to new contacts, and are comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Proactivity & sense of ownership – You take full responsibility for your areas of work—from pipeline management to event coordination—and approach decisions in a structured and independent manner.
  • Organizational skills & resilience – You are able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously—from sales support and event coordination to office management—without losing track.
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality – You actively contribute to a strong team spirit and are willing to support operational and administrative tasks with a pragmatic approach.
  • Language skills – You have business-fluent German (C1+) and English skills (B2+).
  • IT skills – You are proficient in MS Office, experienced with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), and have basic knowledge of Canva.
