🔧 What You’ll Do

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you’ll ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently:

Repair and maintain production and plant equipment
Perform equipment and line changeovers to support production needs
Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during production
Work collaboratively with team members to identify solutions, share knowledge, and improve processes

Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔧 Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
1–2 years of related experience in maintenance, machine operation, or manufacturing
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, procedures, and regulations
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to apply electrical and mechanical principles in real-world situations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

⭐ Preferred Experience

Experience working with high-speed packaging, processing, or manufacturing equipment
