Job Description
Demonstrated experience in:
- HSE incident and accident investigations
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Ability to implement and manage HSE management systems on infrastructure projects.
- Experience on World Bank–financed projects or other Development Finance Institution (DFI) funded projects is an advantage.
- Proven experience in monitoring and reporting Health and Safety performance.
- Strong knowledge and application of Eswatini Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation as well as international Health and Safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Environmental Health and Safety, or a recognized professional certification such as NEBOSH or SAMTRAC.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a field related to Health and Safety.
- Out of these 10 years, at least 5 years of experience on a large liear infrastructure project.
- English Fluent
