About the role
We're looking for a highly organized Marketing Operations Coordinator to help support and scale our creator and partnership programs.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, systems, and marketing. You'll help manage workflows, maintain internal systems, track creator activity, organize partnership pipelines, and ensure our team operates efficiently as we continue to grow.
This is not a traditional marketing role focused on content creation or brand campaigns. Instead, we're looking for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and keeping complex projects organized.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Workflow Management
Maintain and organize creator, influencer, and partnership pipelines across internal systems and operational tools.
CRM & Systems Administration
Manage records, workflows, statuses, and reporting across CRM platforms, Linear, spreadsheets, and other internal tools.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through better systems, documentation, workflows, and operational processes.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records and generate reports that help leadership understand team performance, creator activity, and operational health.
Project Coordination
Work closely with marketing, partnerships, community, and leadership teams to ensure initiatives stay organized and on track.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Create and maintain internal documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational resources that help the team scale effectively.
Cross-Functional Support
Serve as a central operational resource, helping coordinate activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong Organizational Skills
You thrive in environments with multiple moving parts and can keep projects, systems, and information organized without losing attention to detail.
Systems-Oriented Mindset
You naturally think about how processes can be improved, automated, documented, and scaled.
Experience Managing Operational Tools
Experience using CRM systems, project management platforms, spreadsheets, or workflow management tools.
Analytical Thinking
Comfortable working with data, tracking performance metrics, and identifying trends or areas for improvement.
Strong Communication Skills
Able to work effectively across teams, provide updates, and maintain clear documentation.
Self-Starter Mentality
You take ownership, solve problems independently, and don't require constant direction.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Linear, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Background in sales operations, marketing operations, business operations, partnerships, recruiting operations, or project coordination
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills
- Experience supporting creator, influencer, partnership, or community teams
- Familiarity with gaming, digital entertainment, creator ecosystems, or online communities
- Experience building workflows, SOPs, or operational playbooks
