About the Role:

We’re building a new AI-native venture that’s redefining how people create and communicate at work. From instant presentations and websites to social assets, we’re making high-end visual creation accessible to everyone through the power of AI.

Operating as a small, highly ambitious startup within monday.com, the team moves fast, thinks independently, and owns the product end-to-end. This is a unique opportunity to work on a product from the ground up in a highly autonomous and fast-moving environment, where everyone contributes directly to product strategy, decision-making, and execution.

You’ll work closely with engineers and leadership to create innovative AI-native experiences with an exceptional level of craft and execution. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to build, thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and cares deeply about creating polished, high-quality products.

What you’ll do

• Own product design end-to-end — from ideation and concept exploration to high-fidelity execution and launch

• Collaborate closely with engineers in a highly iterative and fast-paced environment

• Help shape product direction, user experience, and feature strategy as part of a team where everyone owns the product

• Design AI-first workflows and experiences that feel intuitive, powerful, and seamless

• Create polished, thoughtful, and production-ready UI with exceptional attention to detail

• Build and evolve scalable design systems, components, and interaction patterns

• Prioritize effectively and independently drive impactful solutions

• Contribute to product thinking, roadmap discussions, and overall user experience strategy

• Raise the quality bar across the product through strong craft, systems thinking, and user empathy

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience designing complex digital products

• Strong product sense and ability to think beyond UX execution

• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints and opportunities

• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with the ability to create high-fidelity experiences

• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems

• Ability to thrive in fast-moving highly ambiguous environments

• Startup mentality — proactive, resourceful, hands-on, and highly motivated

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with low ego and high ownership

• Ability to move quickly without compromising quality and attention to detail

• High proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows

• Passion for AI products, innovation, and creating impactful user experiences

• High level of written and spoken English.
