Sr. Master Data Management (MDM) - health and human services

Job Description

Required & Preferred

·       Required 12 Years of Experience with Informatica PowerCenter

·       Required 10 Years of Experience gathering business requirements and translating complex identity resolutions and operational requirements into clear, actionable access paths for client or provider identity for complex analytics

·       Required 10 Years of Experience with MDM tools such Informatica MDM

·       Required 8 Years of Experience explaining technical findings and data limitations in simple, non-technical language to end-users and leadership.

·       Required 8 Years of Strong experience with SQL for data identification, data profiling and manipulation.

·       Required 8 Years of Experience collaborating with end-users and performance analysts or IT internal leaders to create and validate client and member identification strategies for analytics development.

·       Required 8 Years of Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

·       Preferred 5 Years of Experience with Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse

·       Preferred 5 Years of Experience with Informatica IICS

·       Preferred 4 Years of Experience working in a health and human services or similarly regulated environment, with a strong understanding of agency data domains.

·       Preferred 4 Years of Experience with data governance and data quality principles

·       Preferred 3 Years of Experience acting as the primary point of contact for program staff with MDM needs for analytics projects

·       Preferred 2 Years of Experience championing MDM across the organization

·       Preferred 1 Years of Experience with AI prompt development.
