Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Developer / Consultant - Contract Role

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Developer/Consultant with a strong background in enterprise reporting, data warehousing, and SQL development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting dashboards, reports, and semantic models in Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) or Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).

This will be a work from home contractor requirement on a month-to-month arrangement, with developer support anticipated through year-end.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and/or OBIEE
• Experience developing and maintaining Analyses, Dashboards, KPIs, Agents, and BI Publisher reports
• Strong understanding of OAS/OBIEE semantic modeling (RPD), subject areas, and security implementation
• Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, complex joins, aggregations, and performance tuning
• Experience working with Data Warehouse environments and dimensional data models (Star/Snowflake schemas)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL
• Experience troubleshooting reporting and performance issues
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and analytics solutions
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration concepts

Qualifications

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud analytics platforms and modern BI tools
• Experience integrating OAS with enterprise applications and data sources
• Understanding of data governance and metadata management
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics and self-service reporting platforms

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain OAS/OBIEE dashboards and reports
• Design and support semantic models (RPD) and subject areas
• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
• Optimize SQL queries and report performance
• Support data validation, testing, and production deployments
• Collaborate with data engineering and warehouse teams to ensure data quality and consistency
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting

Additional Information

Work setup:

• Remote · India · Full-time contract
• Shift time: 3pm to 12 am IST daily, Mon to Friday
• Joining Timelines - immediate ,or within 15 days
