Overview
Ace Handyman Services is seeking a highly motivated and professional Multi-Skilled Handyman to join our growing team in Springdale, Arkansas. This role is ideal for an experienced craftsman or craftswoman who enjoys the flexibility and independence of field work while benefiting from the stability of a W2 position.
Our technicians perform a wide variety of residential maintenance and repair projects, including carpentry, tiling, drywall, painting, and light plumbing and electrical work. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship, professional customer service, and solving problems for homeowners, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Perform residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Complete work such as carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tiling, and general handyman tasks
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical work
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor on job sites
- Manage work independently while contributing to the overall team
- Use personal tools and vehicle to travel between job sites
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Must live within 30–45 minutes of the Springdale, AR market
- Must own a truck or van for transportation
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman roles
- Own a standard set of tools required for the job
- Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing work
- Willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
