Licensing Accounts & Merchandising Intern

The Licensing Accounts & Merchandising Intern provides operational and analytical support to the Merchandising team, contributing to the preparation of product launches, market activities, and internal coordination processes.
This role offers hands-on exposure to product lifecycle management, assortment planning, and international market dynamics.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandising Support

• Support preparation of seasonal line sheets, assortment tools, and sales materials
• Assist in organizing product presentations and market meetings
• Help collect and structure product information for internal and external use

Operational & System Support

• Assist in ensuring product data accuracy (styles, colors, pricing, deliveries) in internal systems
• Support data entry and updates in PLM or merchandising tools
• Help monitor product status and track key milestones

Product Development Support

• Assist in tracking samples, approvals, and product development timelines
• Support coordination of materials (videos, lookbooks, color cards, etc.)
• Help follow up on approvals and ensure proper documentation

Analysis & Reporting

• Support basic sales and performance analysis
• Assist in preparing recap documents and presentations
• Help maintain archives and seasonal product documentation

Cross-team Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams (Design, Merchandising, Marketing) for information collection
• Provide general support to the team on ongoing projects and ad hoc activities

Requirements

• Degree (or in progress) in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Strong interest in merchandising, product, and fashion industry
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English
• Team player with proactive attitude
