Senior Marketing Designer

OBDeleven is all about making car tech easy and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we’ve been building powerful yet simple diagnostic and customization tools for car lovers worldwide.

As we continue to grow globally, our brand needs to scale with us. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer who will help shape how OBDeleven looks across every marketing touchpoint — from social media campaigns and paid ads to exhibitions, employer branding, and product launches.

This role is about creating scalable, high-performing creative that strengthens our position as a leading automotive tech brand.

What you’ll do:

• Create and evolve campaign visuals across digital channels (social media, paid ads, email marketing, feature launches)
• Support internal and employer communications through presentations, recruitment materials, and event assets
• Design physical brand touchpoints including exhibitions, booths, and print materials
• Build reusable templates and lightweight design systems to help teams move faster and stay consistent
• Work across multiple briefs at once while keeping quality and visual consistency high
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, HR, and sales teams to turn ideas into clear visual output

We expect:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or visual design
• Strong portfolio across digital campaign work and multi-format design
• Ability to think in systems, not just individual visuals
• Experience with both digital and physical design (print, events, exhibitions)
• Strong Figma and Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of performance-driven design (what works in social/ads, not just aesthetics)
• Experience using AI tools within the design workflow
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Proactive mindset and ability to suggest ideas, not just execute
• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and strong spoken and written English skills.

Salary range   
Gross salary from 2400 – 4000 EUR/Month, depending on your experience
