Manager of Supply Chain Consulting – MFG

Required Location: Atlanta, GA U.S. | Travel Required

We are looking for a Manager of Supply Chain Consulting – MFG in North America. In this role, you will lead a team of Supply Chain Consultants within the Professional Services organization, focused on delivering high-quality implementations and continuous value for our Manufacturing and CPG customers.

You will work closely with Professional Services leadership, Product, and Best Practice teams to refine how RELEX delivers MFG supply chain solutions, ensuring consistent execution, scalability, and customer impact. You will also play a key role in developing your team, managing resourcing, and evolving consulting best practices across North America.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead and develop a team of Supply Chain Consultants supporting MFG customers

Establish and support team and individual development goals

Maintain a regular cadence of team meetings and 1:1s to provide coaching, guidance, and feedback

Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Supply Chain Consultants as needed

Guide consultants in delivering implementations and continuous services aligned with RELEX best practices and customer requirements

Continuously evaluate projects to ensure quality delivery, adherence to best practices, and on-time execution

Act as a subject matter expert in MFG supply chain processes (e.g., forecasting, production planning, master planning, DRP, IBP)

Partner with other Professional Services leaders to improve the Supply Chain Consulting discipline in North America

Collaborate with Product and Best Practice teams to incorporate new functionality and innovations into delivery approaches

Champion AI-driven transformation across the team by driving rapid adoption of product capabilities, embedding AI into Professional Services processes, and fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation

Support resource planning, workload estimation, and assignment of consultants across projects and services

Reinforce existing processes and help define and implement new ones where needed

Disseminate best practices, tools, and methodologies across the consulting team

What you’ll bring to the table:

Experience successfully delivering supply chain implementations, preferably within MFG (forecasting, supply planning)

Strong understanding of consulting discipline, including task management, time management, facilitation, and training

Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices in an MFG environment

Management experience, including coaching, performance management, and team development

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Experience with configuration-driven software solutions and change management practices

Demonstrated track record of integrating AI into your own workflows and championing its adoption by sharing ideas, best practices, and practical use cases across teams
