WHAT YOU’LL DO
We’re looking for a Warehouse Contract Manager to take ownership of contract and vendor management for our warehouse operations across the continent. In this role, you’ll ensure our contracts are optimized, compliant, and aligned with both global strategies and local business needs.
You’ll work closely with teams across regions to drive consistency, improve supplier performance, and continuously strengthen how we manage our warehouse partnerships — always with a focus on long-term value, transparency, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own contract and vendor management for warehouse-related suppliers across the continent
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including proactive planning of renewals and terminations
- Ensure all commercial activities meet legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
- Follow up on supplier performance through structured vendor management and KPI tracking
- Drive alignment between continent and global commercial strategies, contributing to category direction
- Maintain accurate contract data to support benchmarking and continuous improvement
- Analyze contracts (cost, quality, risk, performance) and initiate actions to improve outcomes
- Lead standardization of contracts, SLAs, and rate cards together with key stakeholders
- Manage contract amendments, ensuring proper documentation and governance processes are followed
- Support and guide local teams in contract and vendor management, acting as an escalation point when needed
- Provide training and share best practices across teams
- Stay closely connected to operational performance, risks, and key KPIs across the logistics network
- Identify opportunities to improve sustainability from social, environmental, and economic perspectives
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
- Experienced in contract and vendor management within logistics or supply chain environments
- Comfortable collaborating across global, regional, and local teams with different perspectives and priorities
- Strong understanding of supplier performance, compliance, and sustainability requirements
- Analytical and business-driven, with a focus on creating value and improving performance
- Structured and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confident in preparing and communicating insights, recommendations, and decisions
- Strategic thinker with a good understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented, balancing long-term strategy with quick wins
