Accounting Manager

• Lead and oversee the accounting team and daily financial operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to provide accounting and financial consulting services.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Experience serving Saudi or GCC clients is an advantage.
