We're looking for an HR Operations & Workplace Generalist to join our team and help create a seamless employee experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining people support, HR operations, and workplace coordination. You will play an important role in ensuring employees have a positive experience throughout their journey at Side, while helping keep our HR processes efficient, organized, and employee-focused.
What You'll Be Doing
HR Operations
- Support payroll administration and employee data management.
- Administer employee benefits and respond to employee inquiries.
- Manage time and attendance processes, including leave tracking and overtime validation.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems.
- Manage HR tickets and employee requests.
- Support HR reporting and operational processes.
- Assist with internal HR communications.
Employee Lifecycle
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Support employee transitions and offboarding processes.
- Partner with managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Workplace & Employee Experience
- Coordinate workplace services and employee-facing activities.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and wellbeing activities.
- Partner with Facilities, IT, and vendors to help maintain a positive workplace environment.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, onboarding, and employee administration processes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service mindset with a passion for supporting employees.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience with HR systems and employee management platforms is a plus.
