Business Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive business growth initiatives, and support the company's strategic objectives.

This role combines operations management, project coordination, partnership development, affiliate management, competitive intelligence, marketing support, and AI-driven process improvement.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, resourceful, and able to take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth execution across departments.
• Coordinate internal teams including Support, Marketing, Development, Design, and Risk.
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and optimize internal processes and workflows.
• Track and report key business metrics.

Project Management

• Coordinate and monitor ongoing projects.
• Ensure tasks are delivered on time and according to priorities.
• Work closely with developers and designers on website and product improvements.
• Maintain project documentation and timelines.

Affiliate & Partnership Management

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners.
• Build relationships with influencers, trading communities, and industry partners.
• Monitor affiliate performance and propose optimization strategies.
• Support partnership negotiations and follow-ups.

Website & Conversion Optimization

• Coordinate website updates and improvements.
• Monitor user experience and conversion performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase lead generation and sales.
• Report bugs and follow up on fixes.

Competitive Intelligence

• Monitor competitors, industry trends, promotions, and product launches.
• Analyze competitor offers, pricing, affiliate programs, and marketing strategies.
• Prepare regular competitor analysis reports.
• Recommend actions and improvements based on market intelligence.

Marketing Support

• Propose and coordinate marketing initiatives.
• Generate ideas for campaigns, promotions, and customer retention.
• Assist with email marketing strategies and automation workflows.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations.

AI & Automation

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks.
• Implement AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Support the creation of AI-driven workflows for reporting, support, marketing, and research.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and trends.

Reporting

Prepare weekly reports covering:

• Business performance
• Operations updates
• Affiliate performance
• Marketing initiatives
• Competitor insights
• Project status
• AI and automation improvements

Qualifications

Required

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and affiliate marketing.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar platforms.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience in trading, fintech, prop firms, crypto, or online financial services.
• Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of conversion optimization and email marketing.
