ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Lead Product Manager to help shape Tide’s Wealth Services. In this role, you will own the evolution and scaling of our savings and investment proposition for SMEs and sole traders, with pensions/SIPPs as an initial focus area. You aren't just building a ‘feature’—you are helping to build a financial ecosystem that enables members to put surplus cash to work, grow long-term wealth, and manage their money with confidence

As a Lead PM, you will be the bridge between high-level strategy and technical execution. You will set the roadmap for the Wealth pillar, balancing short-term commercial growth with long-term technical scalability and regulatory excellence.

You will work closely with engineering, design, data, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact features, being accountable for commercial and product success metrics.

  • As Lead Product Manager, Savings & Wealth Services, you will:
  • Own the Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap for savings, investment accounts, and related wealth services, with pensions/SIPPs as an early focus and the potential to scale across markets over time.
  • End-to-End Lifecycle: Lead full-cycle product management—from discovery and partner negotiation to delivery, launch, and optimization across web and mobile.
  • Commercial Accountability: Define and deliver against key metrics including Deposits, Activation, Retention, Funded Accounts, Assets Under Administration/Management, and Cross-sell efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Finance to deliver high-quality, compliant features in a complex regulatory environment.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Build and run a rigorous test-and-learn program (A/B testing, MVT) to inform prioritization and friction-free user journeys.
  • Partnership Management: Act as the primary technical and product lead for banking, savings, and investment partners, including relevant third-party platform providers.
  • Voice of the Member: Segment customers and use deep analytics to understand SME cash-flow, savings, and investment needs, ensuring our wealth products solve real-world member problems and support better financial outcomes.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 7-10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3+ years specifically within Savings, Deposits, Wealth, or Treasury products.
  • Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of savings and/or investment products, product economics, and the regulatory frameworks governing customer outcomes, client assets, and financial promotions (e.g. FCA/CASS or regional equivalents). Experience with pensions/SIPPs is highly desirable.
  • Commercial DNA: Proven experience managing a product P&L, pricing strategies, and unit economics.
  • Technical Fluency: Skilled in working with Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) APIs, ledger architectures, and data tools like SQL, Tableau, or Excel.
  • Builder Mentality: A track record of taking regulated products from concept to scale in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • Stakeholder Mastery: Ability to influence senior leadership and navigate complex discussions with Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Analytical Rigor: You don't just "feel" what's right; you use data to prove it through experimentation and user research.

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN

  • The gross annual salary for this position ranges ranges from €62,000 - €77,500, but we are also open to discussing the salary further, taking into account your expertise and contributions.
  • 25 days paid annual leave
  • 3 paid days off for volunteering or L&D activities
  • Extended maternity and paternity leave covered by the company
  • Personal L&D budget in the amount of 500 EUR per year
  • Additional health & dental insurance
  • Mental wellbeing platform
  • Fully covered Multisports card
  • Food vouchers
  • Snacks, light food, drinks in the office
  • WFH equipment allowance
  • Share options
