We’re looking for a Data Analyst with excellent analytical skills and an eye for detail.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Execute and support PTMS's business intelligence initiatives.
  • Work with department heads to deliver analytical insights for Customer Service, Responsible Gambling, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product.
  • Conduct data quality checks and implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support decision-making.
  • Ensure data analysis follows regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles.
  • Collaborate with Technical teams to optimize data extraction and reporting processes.
  • Support departmental stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests. 

Qualifications

  • Have a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or related field.
  • Have 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience in the gambling/gaming industry.
  • Are proficient in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Excel in working with both real-time and batch data processing.
  • Understand gambling industry metrics and KPIs.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Are experienced with data quality assurance and validation processes.
