Quality Assurance Officer (Part time/Hybrid)

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Assurance Officer to support the review and improvement of client reports. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reports are accurate, clear, and meet client requirements. You will work closely with internal teams and clinicians to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and professionalism, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review reports daily to correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and ensure clarity and readability
- Identify and amend unclear, inconsistent, or incomplete content to improve overall report quality
- Check formatting to ensure reports meet client-specific requirements and standards
- Verify factual accuracy including names, roles, and other key details using appropriate sources
- Use Microsoft Word tools (Track Changes and Comments) to highlight edits and provide feedback to report authors
- Identify missing information or structural gaps and communicate these to relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with clinicians and internal teams where required to clarify report details
- Contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a group environment.
- Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and track record of working within a goal oriented environment.
- A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, friendly and helpful.
- A willingness and ability to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent client service to both internal and external clients.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills while maintaining a flexibility to operate in an environment of change and continuous improvement.

- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
