Job Description

• Develop CRM strategies across multiple countries and channels to sustainably increase customer lifetime value
• Implement automated, scalable multi-channel campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and Direct Mail
• Define business requirements for developers to enable new CRM use cases and integrate additional data sources
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve CRM performance through A/B testing, reporting, and data-driven insights
• Take ownership of CRM initiatives and independently manage projects from concept to execution

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
• First professional experience in CRM, Product Management, or E-Commerce
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven and solution-oriented approach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Interest in automation, technology, and customer-centric marketing
• Excellent written and spoken English skills

Nice To Have

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools
• Familiarity with international customer communication across multiple countries and languages
• Knowledge of German or any other European language
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance daily workflows and efficiency
