Job Description
Role Purpose
The Head of Key User Management leads and grows the Key User business with corporate, industrial, and professional customers who rely on productivity, safety, and total cost of ownership improvements.
This role owns the strategy, performance, and team driving solution-based selling across industries such as Industrial Assembly, Manufacturing, Construction, and Metal Working, positioning the company as a long-term productivity partner rather than a tools supplier.
Key Responsibilities
Business execution
Responsibility for the Key User business, including revenue growth, margin, and customer pipeline
Lead penetration into manufacturing and assembly line environments and build a strong industry-focused growth roadmap
Drive major project conversions, on-site demonstrations, and application selling
Drive solution selling combining tools, accessories, services, and application know-how
Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and regional teams
Business development
Define and execute the country Key User strategy aligned with regional priorities
Acquire, develop, and retain strategic corporate and industrial Key User accounts
Establish long-term partnerships, framework agreements, and project-based collaborations
Lead competitive take-away strategies and industry-focused initiatives
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Key User team
Create accountability and implement disciplined sales call cycles and pipeline management
Foster a strong hunting, opportunity-driven sales culture
Qualifications
**Job Qualifications**
- Demonstrate 8–12+ years of progressive sales experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or power tools sectors, with documented leadership experience managing key account or Key User teams.
- Extensive exposure to corporate and industrial customers, with demonstrated expertise in manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Proven commercial and strategic acumen with established track record in solution-based and value-driven selling methodologies.
- Advanced stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities.
- Disciplined approach to sales execution with proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on leadership approach with demonstrated ability to drive results independently.
- Strong ownership mentality with resilient, execution-focused orientation and unwavering customer commitment.
