If you do, this is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a globally leading Measurement & Data Analytics organization, NIQ! We are looking for an Analyst to join the Global DA Ops ARTHUR Workflow team of our Global DA Operations PODs Organization.
In this role, you will be accountable for tasks related to Input validation and maintenance, preparing planning for our Auditors working in the Field via our CDAR System (In house System), to ensure on-time delivery and continuous quality improvement.
Responsibilities
- Be accountable for the flawless execution of CDAR-Execution activities, Workflow Maintenance and inputs maintenance, Planning and Scheduling for Every Month Cycle.
- Support the CDAR-Execution Cluster Leader, eliminate redundancies and duplication of efforts, reduction of heavy manual processes to rapidly respond to business demands and contribute to an optimized end-to-end operations model.
- Analyze the plans to make recommendations for improvement and efficiency as well as execute plans for forecasting future needs and possible changes.
- Communicates when system/UI issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly, and give them follow up by raising tickets until solution is applied
- Coordinate with other departments the provisions of all the inputs to execute his work as well as on time delivery of the working plans
- Maintain existing resources / project / audit information (in appropriate In-House tool), including resource requirements (People in-out process, access rights allocation etc)
- Process new resources / new project / new audit information (in appropriate In-House tool)
- Follows guidance to deploy global initiatives/projects to the local markets, e.g. New Incentive Management, Arthur, etc. Provides support for the deployment of local initiatives/projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Masters’ degree will be a plus.
- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Operational Research will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with MS Office.
- 1-2 years of working experience.
- Knowledge of Python programming language will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work in an individual and team setting.
- Ability to adapt to changes in real-time and ensure plans are going as per schedule.
- Problem solving - must be able to stay calm under pressure and look for solutions to unexpected problems.
- Good judgment, making important decisions and ability to understand the potential cost and benefits of the choice at hand.
- Fluency in English l (written and oral) is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
