WHAT YOU’LL DO 

We’re looking for a Warehouse Commercial Manager to take ownership of the commercial agenda for our warehouse operations across the continent. In this role, you’ll play a key part in securing the best value from our external partners by leading procurement, managing key supplier relationships, and driving strong contract performance.

You’ll work closely with global, regional, and local teams to ensure our warehouse setup is both cost efficient and aligned with our long-term strategy - always with a focus on improving performance and supporting sustainable growth. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the warehouse commercial agenda across the continent with a strong focus on value creation and long-term partnerships
• Drive end-to-end procurement processes for warehouse-related services, from sourcing to negotiation and contract agreement
• Own and manage major warehouse contracts and key supplier relationships
• Follow up on supplier performance through structured vendor management, ensuring delivery against agreed KPIs
• Collaborate with global commercial teams to shape and implement the best sourcing and negotiation strategies
• Support and guide local teams in procurement and vendor management for smaller contracts, acting as a go-to person for challenges and escalations
• Ensure our warehouse facilities (own and 3PL) meet required standards, including workplace environment and essential services

WHO YOU ARE 

We are looking for people with…

• Strong experience in procurement, negotiation, and contract & vendor management within logistics or supply chain environments
• Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across different regions, functions, and seniority levels
• Solid understanding of logistics supplier requirements, including compliance, sustainability, and performance standards
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a focus on driving value and improving profitability
• Forward-thinking, with the ability to see the bigger picture and anticipate future needs
