WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform commercial electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Mentor and train apprentices while supporting crew productivity and development
- Track materials, tools, and job site resources as needed
- Promote a safe work environment and represent the company professionally on all job sites
WHAT YOU BRING
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license and 5+ years of commercial, industrial, and/or service electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Experience in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems
- Proficiency with electrical tools, testing equipment, and job site technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle eligibility as applicable)
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, climbing, bending, and working in various environmental conditions
