WHAT WE NEED
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical construction projects and supervise field crews. This hands-on role is responsible for planning daily work, coordinating manpower and materials, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving projects to successful completion.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead, train, and supervise electrical crews while coordinating daily job site activities
- Plan work, schedule manpower, and keep projects on track and productive
- Ensure all work is completed safely, meets quality standards, and complies with electrical codes
- Communicate with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the project
- Maintain daily reports, job documentation, material needs, and crew tracking
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of electrical experience with an active Journeyman License
- Experience leading commercial electrical projects ranging from $100K to $2M
- Strong troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair experience across commercial electrical systems
- Proficiency with conduit bending (½"–4"), MC cable, switchgear, panel installations, lighting controls, motor controls, fire alarm systems, low-voltage controls, and HVAC wiring
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical diagrams
- Valid driver's license; OSHA 30 preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending, climbing, squatting, reaching, and kneeling on job sites
