Checkout.com is seeking an Associate, Deal Management to join our growing Sales Operations team in our Riyadh office to support our global growth. This role sits within our Revenue Operations department. We seek someone highly motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams throughout the organization. Within this role, you will work with teams such as Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work autonomously and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment in which they can exceed expectations through personal drive.
What you’ll be doing:
Provide proactive support and guidance to the sales team to complete the onboarding process.
Be a creative problem solver who finds a way to meet clients’ needs while adhering to Checkout.com’s policies.
Respond to inbound requests from the Sales team regarding onboarding or reviewing existing clients’ profiles.
Work closely with Customer Onboarding and Legal teams to ensure new clients meet the company requirements for a quick and efficient sign-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to deal structures and contracts.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure required documents are correctly constructed
Create and review customer agreements/contracts
Support and adapt the execution of new processes
Identify opportunities for process improvements in which the Deal Management team operates
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, especially sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams.
Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
Support with the onboarding of new colleagues
About you:
Very detailed oriented
Ability to navigate through AI tools
Excellent customer service, customer-facing, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Fast learner and motivated by new challenges
Humble and hungry to learn
Able to work under pressure, multi-task, and consistently meet tight deadlines
Superb communication skills, ability to interact with multidisciplinary senior stakeholders
Familiarity with the payment processing industry and regulations is a plus
Experience using Salesforce is a plus
Mandatory fluency in English and Arabic
