We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Associate Software Engineers to join our Python team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications across multiple stacks.

Apply core CS concepts including OOP, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve features.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and code efficiency.
Actively participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Continuously learn and implement new technologies to improve product quality.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to break down complex problems and find effective solutions.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with software development best practices.
Exposure to the following technology stack is preferred:
Python - Django, Flask, FAST API's
