The International Deal Strategy team sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and operational execution. We partner with teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to help HubSpot scale efficiently while delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and internal stakeholders. Our work spans deal execution, process improvement, automation, and operational innovation, helping build the systems and workflows that support HubSpot's continued global growth.
As a Deal Operations Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting the operational foundation of our global Deal Desk function. You'll own high-volume commercial workflows, partner across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams, and help improve the processes, systems, and automation that enable scalable growth. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise across commercial operations while contributing to the evolution of how HubSpot supports increasingly complex global deal motions.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute Deal Desk and quote-to-cash workflows with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and policy compliance.
- Support non-standard commercial requests, approvals, and exceptions that require operational oversight and sound judgment.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Deal Strategy teams to facilitate efficient deal execution and positive stakeholder experiences.
- Drive improvements in operational service levels, process consistency, and scalability across the deal lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and workflow automation projects.
- Support the development and adoption of AI-enabled solutions that improve operational scale and effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted operational advisor to regional sales teams, helping accelerate deal execution and reduce operational friction.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in Deal Desk, Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or a related operational function.
- Experience working within structured operational processes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to drive issues through resolution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems, tools, and business processes.
- Sound judgment, accountability, and a strong customer and stakeholder focus.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience supporting SaaS sales organizations.
- Experience working in a Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations environment.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash, contract management, order management, or commercial approval processes.
- Experience leading or contributing to process improvement, workflow optimization, automation, or systems projects.
- Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, contract management, or revenue operations platforms.
- Interest in leveraging automation and AI to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
