YOU…
- work in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment
- actively drive and influence designs of new products (hardware and test software)
- qualify changes in both NPI and production phases and manage the roll‑out across the entire supply chain
- manage product changes to enable manufacturing process optimization, cost reduction and quality improvements
- support manufacturing of existing electronic hardware products of the V93000 IC tester
- define and monitor manufacturing metrics to ensure quality, analyze root causes and define corrective actions to meet customer demand
- collaborate closely with contract manufacturers and internal teams (development, supply chain, product marketing) in a highly international environment
Qualifications
YOU…
- have a Bachelor/Master degree in Electronic Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
- bring experience in the development of printed circuit assemblies and end‑to‑end manufacturing processes of complex electronic assemblies
- have strong analytical skills in failure identification (data analysis, electronic measurements, debugging of electronic assemblies)
- show strong ownership and a proactive mindset in managing technical tasks and improvements
- are able to define schedules and keep timelines reliably
- communicate effectively and work as a team player in cross‑functional and cross‑company environments in both German and English
- are willing to travel up to 20%
