About the role:

Do you enjoy improving complex processes and driving meaningful change across an international supply chain environment? As a Supply Chain Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying optimization opportunities, leading improvement initiatives, and shaping the future of our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Working closely with operational teams, supply chain stakeholders, and management, you will drive projects that enhance efficiency, service levels, quality, and scalability. About your tasks:

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects that optimize supply chain performance across planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
• Analyze end-to-end supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational excellence.
• Drive initiatives focused on digitalization and automation, helping to improve workflows, transparency, and operational efficiency.
• Translate operational challenges into practical improvement solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders across different departments.
• Support the continuous development of our supply chain organization through data-driven process optimization and sustainable performance improvements.

Qualifications

About you:

• You have experience in Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, or another comparable environment.
• You are familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, AX, D365 and/or supply chain planning tools.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is considered an advantage.
• You bring a proactive mindset, enjoy taking ownership, and are comfortable managing stakeholders and projects in an international and fast-paced environment.
