Key Responsibilities:

• Plumbing inspections and consultation: Conduct thorough inspections of plumbing systems to determine maintenance and service needs in residential settings, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal codes.
• Maintenance and service: Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, such as drain cleaning, repairing leaks, water heater repair and replacement, and other preventative maintenance.
• Customer interaction: Provide stellar customer service to clients, addressing their concerns professionally and timely.
• Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment. Identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory agencies to review.
• Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices through continuous education and training.

Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
