We are looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer with AI Experience who wants to be part of Tieto Tech Consulting. You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team delivering modern digital solutions for global clients. The team works across cloud-native applications, AI-powered platforms, and enterprise-scale modernization initiatives using Microsoft technologies and modern web frameworks.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer with AI Experience

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, React, JavaScript, SQL Server, and related technologies.
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI services, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Write clean, efficient, secure, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the application stack.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Contribute to architecture, technical design, and technology decisions.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies.
• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Extensive experience with ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with SQL Server and database design.
• Experience building cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with AI/Generative AI solutions, including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, or similar technologies.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
