### In this role, you’ll:

Build high-quality links and brand mentions across relevant sites and communities.

Run off-site audits and shape our off-site SEO strategy.

Manage SEO budget, allocating spend across partners and link opportunities for the best return.

Manage agencies and freelancers: briefing, quality control, and reporting.

Write SEO briefs and handle the on-page work, from optimisation to internal linking.

Refresh and optimize existing content to keep it ranking.

Run technical SEO checks and fix on-site issues (crawlability, indexation, page speed basics).

Track keyword rankings and search performance, and act on the findings.

### Your skills & experiences:

2+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

Solid grasp of search intent, on-page SEO, and internal linking principles.

Proven track record in link building and brand mentions, with real examples of results.

Hands-on experience with content optimisation tools like SurferSEO or similar.

Comfortable managing agencies and freelancers, including budget and quality control.

Strong sense of ownership over the full SEO process, from brief to publish.
