Fix-It 24/7 is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Golden, Colorado. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Position Details

• Full-Time

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• In-Office Position

• Pay: $27–$29 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

• Process and manage vendor invoices accurately and timely

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts

• Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain organized AP records and documentation

• Assist with month-end closing activities

• Work closely with operations managers and vendors to ensure smooth payment processes

• Support additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience required

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sage Intacct

• Experience with ServiceTitan

• Experience in the home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction industries
