  • Develop and execute program strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Analyze program performance data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive continuous
  • improvement.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, encouraging cross-functional knowledge sharing.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on program performance and insights.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices, methodologies, and tools across the program management team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Masters project management / MBA-MIS or bachelor’s degree in computer science/ software engineering/ project management /computer engineering from HEC recognized University.
  • 7-8 Years in managing IT and software development projects.
  • Extensive experience as a Program Manager, overseeing a portfolio of complex projects.
  • Proven leadership skills, including team management, strategic thinking, and vision-setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of program management methodologies and industry best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software, reporting tools, and data analysis.
  • PMP or PgMP certification will be preferred.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, financial management, and cost optimization.
  • Experience in risk management and proactive problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize program delivery.
  • Track record of driving innovation and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
  • Understanding of business processes of trade, logistics, supply chain, E-commerce, and transport will be an added advantage.

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is Company registered with SECP under Section 42 of the Companies Act 2017 and is notified as the Operating Entity for the PSW system under the PSW Act, 2021. Pakistan has committed to develop and launch its NSW by 2022, aptly called Pakistan Single Window (PSW) with Pakistan Customs being designated as the ‘Lead Agency’ by the Prime Minister’s Office for development of this important reform initiative. Accordingly, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has established a Program Management Office (PMO) in Customs Wing to coordinate and supervise this initiative. A Single Window is a facility that allows parties involved in trade and transport to lodge standardized information and documents with a single-entry point to fulfill all import, export, and transit-related regulatory requirements. If information is electronic, then individual data elements should only be submitted once. Pakistan Single Window will help reduce the time and cost of doing business in Pakistan and make trade related business processes more efficient, transparent and consistent. Although the concept is primarily aimed at integrating and strengthening trade related government to government (G2G) and business to government (B2G) interactions, it also incorporates certain B2B transactions in particular those related to port operations, trucking, and warehousing. PSW is a collaborative effort led by customs but involving multiple public and private sector stakeholders including regulatory authorities, traders, freight forwarders, banks, terminal operators, and transporters etc.
